House Passes Patriot Act Extension of 3 Provisions – 2/14/2011

The House of Representatives passed the Patriot Act this evening by a vote of 275-144.

Here is the roll call of the votes:

For Nevada:
Joe Heck (R-NV) – Kept his ‘Yes’ vote to continued destruction of the 4th amendment. Thanks dick head!
Dean Heller (R-NV) – Kept his ‘No’ vote – Thanks for standing up for Nevadans and Americans with this vote.
Shelley Berkley (D-NV) – Voted ‘Yes’ a few days ago. She didn’t vote today.

My E-mail to Joe Heck:

Congressman Heck: I am very disappointed to e-mail you again regarding your unconstitutional vote this evening. In my opinion you should be under arrest:

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THE U.S.

Please note that a vote like this cannot be overlooked. I hope that you understand your vote is a clear violation of the 4th amendment to Constitution of the United States. I will be sure to let people know how you voted tonight and what you think of our rights as American citizens.
